The property is located near to the centre of Church Laneham village. The parcel of land is next to the Ferryboat Inn public house and neighbours residential property.  Main Street is a quiet residential road with views of the river Trent. There is agricultural land to the rear of the property.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
